A cozy beachfront apartment for short stays.
9.0The apartment is excellent. I felt like I was the first guest in a brand new apartment. Impeccably clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioning in perfect working order. The building is very safe and surrounded by all necessary amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, train station, parking. Roberta was very supportive answering me almost immediately when I needed. I had problems with the key and I paid a fair price for a new key. This was my fourth visit to Chiavari and I can say that Roberta is the best owner I have dealt with.
− I spent 7 nights in Chiavari. The apartment is not soundproof, you can hear the trains passing by, but wax earplugs solve the problem. There was only one knife to cut but it wasn’t sharped so I gave up cooking. There’s no WiFi available, I didn’t mind when I booked in but my phone stopped working and I had only an iPad without a SIM card, I had to find a place with wifi which was not easy because the bars and restaurants don't offer Wi-Fi either, I could have accessed my accounts without a problem if the apartment had Wi-Fi. Before booking I was aware that there's no washing machine as well, which is not a problem if you're going for a short stay but for a week stay or more like I do is not feasible. I really liked the apartment and Roberta, next year if there is Wi-Fi and a washing machine available I will definitely come back to stay for two weeks.
