Great location and comfortable stay but need to be more organised around guests being able to pay for pre arranged parki
9.0Location , hotel communication priority to stay
− Car park link was not sent in good time so had to phone several times to organise how to pay for confirmed pre arranged parking only to be told they don’t do paid parking at the venue and almost missed flight once eventually sorted
Lovely hotel, comfy bed,, lovely on site staff, close to airport
9.0Location , clear communication, staff on site friendly and helpful
− Room was a bit cold
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great value for money, clean and comfortable. Would recommend!
10.0Excellent location for going to Tulley's Shocktober Fest. Friendly staff, clean room and facilities. Comfortable bed and lots of natural light. The self check in option was a great touch and very handy. Staff were able to accomodate our bed layout request and were great in messaging us and relaying information and check in instructions.
− Nothing
Reasonable price but would not stay again
6.0It was a good location. Reasonable price for Gatwick
− It is very old and tired and room was not that clean. I would rather pay more for a room I felt comfortable sleeping and showering in
