− Acces in incinta mai complicat, am apelat la bunavointa unui turist cazat pentru a intra in cladire, pana a raspuns proprietarul.
Bel appartement avec propriétaire très sympathique.
10.0Très bel appartement, fonctionnel, très bien pourvu et équipé. Propriétaire très agréable et bienveillant. Réactif, il a réparé un petit problème de clim dans la journée.
− L'appartement est excentré si on est à pied. Sinon en voiture il y a des parkings à 200m environ de l'appartement. Et on trouve en ville des places gratuites en cherchant un peu dans les rues. C'était mi juillet 2026.

− Check in online, lungo e non così immediato. Parcheggio in strada, se lo si trova, ma non a uso esclusivo struttura, sarebbe meglio segnalarlo. Addebito 25 euro per 2 ore scarse dopo orario stabilito per check out (10.00), magari se la sera prima ce lo avesse detto mentre eravamo al telefono, si poteva evitare.

Razonable aunque falta mejorar algunas cosas
6.0El lugar muy espacioso, cocina cómoda. Limpieza del lugar.
− Habia un poco de olor a humedad cuando ingresamos al departamento, las pareces están rebocadas en todos los ambientes falta terminar y falta de mantenimiento. La cama muy bajita costaba levantarse y el suelo del baño con maderas sueltas muy peligroso para alguien cualquier persona y más para alguien mayor, eso seria lo mas importante que deberian cambiar urgente.
