Tolle Lage, aber stark renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung.
6.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist grossartig. Sehr schöne Aussicht mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen.
− Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr dürftig. Die Kleiderschränke sind völlig kaputt, die Schubladen funktionieren nicht, in der Küche kommt einem eine Schrank-Türe entgegen. In der Küche tropft eine Leitung nonstop, im Badezimmer mit der Badewanne läuft das Wasser fast nicht ab, im Gegenteil, es drückt stinkiges Wasser aus dem Boden. Leider wurde uns während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geholfen. Die Reaktionszeit war lange und als man uns schrieb, dass das Problem mit der Dusche nun gelöst sei, war es schlimmer als vorher. Trotz erneutem Schreiben ist bis zu unserer Abreise nichts mehr passiert.

10.0Большая, удобная, красивая и просторная квартира в которой есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень светлая и чистая. С террас открывается великолепный вид на парк и океан. Прямо под домом бесплатная парковка.

− Bäder in die Jahre gekommen. Wasserhahn sogut wie kein Wasser in einem Bad. Offene Gasleitung hinter dem Herd. Rollos teilweise kaputt. Keine Lüfter im Bad. Tropfschale vom Warmwasser in der Küche. Insgesamt alles sehr hellhörig.
