I like the environment this is a wonderful apartment closed to the park store and San Gimignano historic buildings

− The parking was my only issue but we did figure that out when used to the area

Location just outside Of old centre in quiet area. Contact was accessible. Spacious. Great water pressure in shower. Balcony. View on town.

− Freezer did not work. We going to parking ticket for being in the street cleaning zone on the Tuesday morning. While yes, there was a sign. It was on the right hand side of the one-way Street and I didn't think to look there and it was no sign on the left hand side where there is a parkette. It was over 30 euros. I think it would have been appropriate and obviously helpful to be advised to avoid these as we are not from the country and that was known. So fix these couple of things and the place could move up to a nine. You need air conditioning to get a ten...lol 😂. You use a card to get into the disposal bins and the card we had did not work so we ended up leaving things for our contacts to deal with. So that's another minor thing that should be corrected.
