Wonderful location for a relaxing break.
7.0Set in a wonderful location on a farm with exceptional views. The Prancing Moose was very beautiful with a well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. I really loved the how the cabin was built using natural materials.
− We went in extremely hot weather and when we arrived the cabin was baking! We had to sleep with the front door wide open. It would be great if there was a fan available for really hot weather. The bottom bed sheet was very bobbly and therefore not that comfy. For an added bit of luxury it would have been nice if the towels were a bit softer on the skin (very rough!)
Well built homely cabin.
9.0Enjoyed sitting out on decking in the evening and in the morning listening to a wide range of birds in surrounding woodland and scrub. Highlights were seeing curlews and a hare.
