Would be great if not for mold.
4.0Location is gorgeous and close to everywhere you want to go, bed and bedding is superb, recent renovation and AC in every room, tea/condiments are great. Enough space.
− Mold and moldy smell in the property - in the kitchen/bathroom area. You can even see the water damaged areas, black spots on the walls in some places, and mold mites near those areas. The manager knows about it, and when confronted, tries to play it down or discard the concerns or tell you all the things that he did to address it. Closing the property for a week or two to actually address it doesn’t cross his mind or he’s being forced by owner to lie about it.

− Der „Balkon“ war nicht sehr einladend. Man blickt auf die Waschküche und ist im Innenhof! Es lief die ganze Nacht eine Lüftung- die störend war. Der Vermieter hat uns mehrmals darauf hingewiesen wir sollen alles sauber halten und jeden Tag gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei mit dem Apartment. War einfach zu viel.

10.0O apartamento é bem limpo e espaçoso. A localização é sem igual, eu e minha esposa fizemos tudo a pé literalmente. Mas a melhor nota vai pra o anfitrião que sempre nos respondia rápido, ajudou com indicações de restaurantes baglocker e outros. Um cara super do bem. Quem está viajando precisa dessa segurança ao tratar esse tipo de assunto. Então voltaria com certeza para mesma hospedagem ao visitar Roma de novo.
