Very good accommodation but the location is challenging for older people because of the hilliness.

The property is first rate and very well finished and equipped.

− The negative side is that its location is up Clarence Hill a road which is only the width of a car so driving up it to the parking space across from the property is not for nervous drivers. Similarly walking into the town, though only an 8 minute walk, is tiring and not recommended for those of poor mobility like the elderly.

Amazing property...soo quaint...beautiful surroundings...simply stunning property....also the owners couldn't have been more forthcoming....we were over visiting our daughter in Dartmouth who was also very impressed with the accomodation property...I'm sure we will be back....thanks Elaine very much for the kind hospitality. excellent location. Spacious apartment - loved the lounge and access to TV and netflix. clean towels available. kitchen was excellent - fridge, freezer, good quality crockery. a few minutes from the main town. good communication with host and keys was easy.

− there is some damp/mould in the main bathroom - gives off a slight odour. toilet needs a cleaning brush. Parking is tough and while it came with its own space, it's a tricky drive down a tough slope to park the car. as we had two cars, we had to find another space - which we did.

The flat is absolutely gorgeous!! Beautifully decorated and extremely tasteful. The bedding and beds were so comfortable we all slept like babies! Excellent showers too.

− There was nothing to dislike

Fantastic place to stay whilst visiting family in dartmouth

The property is in an amazing location 2 minute from the front and it was immaculate throughout. Added bonus of a parking space outside property, i would definitely recommend to family and friends. Had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay.

− Would have been handy to know about the 15-17 steps leading up to the properties front door as we had my elderly father with us who has mobility issues. Just mentioning so others are aware as we weren’t.
