− The heatwave Wales is experiencing affected my stay as the room on the top floor was very warm as no air conditioning. (Hardly slept & couldn’t hang in the room to enjoy the views ) Also the shower was basically a trickle of water. Everything else was spot on
Brilliant staff service and stunning venue.
8.0We loved the traditional style and historic atmosphere. - large rooms, high ceilings, traditional drapery and furniture, etc. The views from the garden are sensational.
− The lift was sometimes inoperable because other guests had not closed the access gate properly. This caused difficulty for guests with mobility problems.
A lovely experience in all ways.
