− Initial allocated room had several issues : The room odour was unpleasant. 2. Aircond did not work- they changed filter. 3. Toilet bowl was dirty & incomplete toiletries.

very nice hotel to stay near pondi bazaar
10.0easy check in /check out, all staff was friendly and helpful. good breakfast, room was clean and neat. hotel is new around 1 year old so the rooms are new and nice, a lot of food and shopping nearby.
