− Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by a lack of attention to detail and limited communication. The advertised kitchenette was not suitable for self-catering, with no pots, pans or basic cooking utensils provided. There was also no kitchen sink or separate water source, meaning water for tea, coffee and washing dishes had to be collected from the bathroom. It was unclear how dishes should be cleaned or managed.
