Tidak ada yang baik dari penginapan ini (pemilik tidak bertanggung jawab).

− Jangan pernah booking di tempat ini. Saya booking tgl 22 Maret 2026 jam 19:30, 2 kamar, utk 1 malam. Saya datang jam 21 dan pemilik hotel dengan seenaknya menyampaikan kalo kamar penuh, padahal saat booking masih ada 4 kamar shg saya bisa booking. Saya minta ganti rugi, pemiliknya bilang tidak bisa karena akun mereka diblok oleh sebuah app jasa booking. Saya diminta cancel (padahal tipe booking no cancelation) dan dibilangin kalo uang akan direfund oleh app dalam 1 pekan. Ini sudah 1 bulan dan uang tidak kembali.
