− Our balcony had some badly rotten wood but it didn't impact our stay and they are trying to fix it. The room was a little on the small side but the communal outside areas made up for it.
The absolute best place to stay in Pacifico!
9.0This stunning beachfront hotel features a gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean and amazing colorful aesthetic lighting. But what truly sets it apart is the hospitality. A huge shoutout to Bhebhe, Elton and Kuya Romeo for taking such incredible care of us! When I struggled to find a birthday cake for my son in Pacifico, Bhebhe pulled off a miracle. She sourced one from San Isidro at the last minute and was even willing to pick it up herself. Talk about going above and beyond! We ended up grabbing it since we had a rental car, but her willingness to help blew us away. Bonus: The food at Yapak is fantastic, affordable, and includes a great free breakfast. Highly recommend!
− There is honestly nothing to dislike about this property. Like any hotel, it’s not perfect, but we had a great stay. The family room was a bit tight for the six of us, but we chose it because renting a villa was out of our budget. While the room was a bit small, we added two extra mattresses to make sleeping more comfortable. The extra fee was very reasonable, especially since it included free breakfast for the extra guests—we really appreciated the hotel allowing this! Upon check-in, our room had just been cleaned, so there was a strong smell of disinfectant. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but it’s something they might want to improve, as first impressions matter.
