10.0Pulitissima, arredata con gusto ed in posizione abbastanza strategica. Lastrico solare ad uso esclusivo spettacolare anche se non era vista mare
− Non dipende da loro, ma l’area pedonale in rifacimento rendeva poco piacevole la camminata verso le spiagge. Nessuna colpa imputabile alla struttura comunque
Consigliato, soggiorno in contesto locale autentico non turistico.
7.0La casa nel complesso accogliente , piano alto, aria condizionata ben funzionante, isolamento termico, acqua calda immediata, casa pulita, ambienti giusti per un soggiorno di due persone. Dimenticavo Caterina è stata molto cordiale e disponibile, non avendo prenotazioni nel giorno della nostra partenza, ci ha fatto lasciare la casa secondo le nostre esigenze.
− Isolamento acustico con i vicini migliorabile, limita un pò la privacy per me, essendo sensibile ai rumori.
