7.0The hotel is actually a motel. The room was cool, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Actually better than what I had been led to believe.

8.0Access to Exeter easy free parking in council car parks in city after 6pm.Hotel had free parking and a good breakfast.Bar looked good but we never used it.
− No aircon but would push price up and had a fan.
