Very disappointed with the facilities and hope the new landlord makes a lot of changes
2.0The location was good for our trip to Edgbaston Cricket Ground.
− There was no food available even though it was advertised on line and on boards at the property. There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe, no shelves in the bathroom and no hooks on either of the doors (basically we couldn't unpack our clothes or toiletries). The TV didn't work as the aerial had been ripped out of the back of the TV (which the staff knew about), the toilet seat lid was totally broken off the seat (again, known by the staff). The room was clean but the windows hadn't been cleaned for a while as there were numerous (I presume) sweat marks on both windows. The shower was clean but the grout around the tray was missing in a number of places and (again, I presume) water would be able to leak underneath it. I also had to get a glass from the bar as there were no glasses or cups in the room. One other thing showing the lack of care by the staff at this property was the dying plants outside, nobody had watered them for a very long time.
Didn't stay just gave in my key and left
