− Un' amica xhe aveva prenotato una camera singola regolarmente pagata all' arrivo non l' ha trovata disponibile e ha dovuto tornare a Milano

Vale o custo benefício, quartos apesar de antigos, são limpos e organizados, mas não tem elevador

− Balkon war vermüllt mit altem Besen und ausrangierten Möbeln; Badezimmer Schimmel an Decken-Wand-Xel, Möbelkanten heruntergerissen -pures Pressspan überall sichtbar, Keine Steckdosen zum Laden von Händy etc; die Basics sollten wenigsten top sein.

Extremely disappointing experience. Poor management and unacceptable room conditions.

The location is truly good. Right near the train station. Tiny fridge in the room.

− Just 10 minutes before check-in, we were informed that our booked room had a water leak and that we would be moved to a different hotel. The replacement room was filthy, with visible mold and blood spots on the walls and linen. The manager twice promised to arrange another room but failed to show up as agreed. The following morning, the manager made us wait until 10 AM before allowing us into the room we had originally booked. Even then, we could only leave our luggage because some work still needed to be completed. As for the original room, it was acceptable at first glance, but the problems quickly became obvious: • The room was extremely small, with the bed taking up almost all the available space. • The window faced a courtyard where construction work was taking place. • The bed was broken. We had to contact the manager yet again and wait for someone to come and replace the damaged bed slats. • The bedspread was stained, and instead of a proper double bedsheet, two single sheets had been laid overlapping each other on the bed. • The mattress felt extremely cheap and was so soft that we woke up with back pain every single morning. And pillows so flat. • The bathroom constantly smelled of mold. The shower area was in terrible condition, with visible mold, grime, and generally very poor maintenance. What should have been a straightforward stay turned into a series of problems that we repeatedly had to chase the management to resolve. The property was not maintained to an acceptable standard, and the handling of the situation was completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise against booking this accommodation.
