Superbly well appointed interior.
9.0The location was ok. 6 minute walk from town - 15 minute from sea front. Parking anywhere in Exmouth is not good. It was 4 minute walk from short stay car park.
− Had to park on double yellows to drop off. Parking generally not good.

9.0Well stocked kitchen. Washing machine. Games. Central location. Good sized rooms. Sunny backyard. Clean and tidy. Decoration.
We were surprised by the large rooms and overall comfort.
10.0The overall spaciousness and equipment- it felt like a home, a good place to relax. lovely touches of little lights in the bedroom, fluffy white towels great. Nice to have a courtyard to sit outside. Convenient for the shops and town centre and railway station, as we use public transport.
