A quiet and comfortable place to stay in Cervantes.
8.0The room was comfortable and well decorated. The little terrace was a lovely spot to sit in the sun. The local pizza was yummy and the bottle shop owner was very helpful.
− A toaster would be a good addition so a light breakfast could be had on the little terrace. The property number was a bit hard to see at night.

− Bathroom lighting not conducive to shaving. No hair-dryer. Everything gets wet.
Ideal for an overnight stay
6.0The Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was more than adequate. The accommodation was just as the photo. the rooms were very clean.
− We found it difficult to access the key pad, with the sun shining on the black pad. Heather, a neighbour helped us out. On commenting about a previous review, Heather supplied an extra blanket. Just as well, because, there is only a thin acrylic blanket on the bed with another spare one. As the room is under the house, we were cold the first night, even with heating on. Day two we used all three blankets. We found the fridge and toilet pump very noisy. There were two cups and plates available. No bowls for cereal and no cutlery (except for a small knife). A tiny fridge. This was disappointing to be unable to prepare snacks or light meal. The access to meals are limited in the area. The Club was good, The Tavern O.K. and Lobster Shack very touristy. Seashells did a good breakfast (tho we would have preferred our own) Jurien Bay has a good coffee shop near the hardware store. There was no table to put food or drinks on, so we brought in a glass table and two chairs from outside, as it was too windy to enjoy the outside. Staying three nights, it was disappointing with the lack of basics eg kitchen availability. Also there two very low chairs to sit on, quite quaint with the modern look of the room. For the price, I found it unreasonable, and would recommend other local accommodation for a long stay.
