9.0Amazing staff - super friendly, helpful, proactive, polite! The staff alone is reason enough to recommend the hotel :D Whenever we had a question or request, everybody was eager to help and find a solution. Several staff members spoke very good German, which was a pleasant surprise and occasionally helpful. Breakfast was included and very good! The buffet is not exuberant but every ingredient is fresh and delicious. I particularly loved the fresh Menemen, Gevrek, the selection of various types of olives and the fresh herbs! Delightful! Location is central and made traveling around comfortable.
− The only downside to our stay was that the room doors appeared somewhat pervious to noise from the stairwell. This usually meant a bit of noise for a short time from the cleaning staff in the morning as the door to their equipment was next to our room and used to snap shut rather loudly. But I think this might only have been an issue on our floor and could also be solved by now.

8.0La camera è ampia e ben curata, dotata di un bollitore e di un frigobar completamente rifornito. L'ambiente è accogliente e il personale è disponibile e collaborativo. La colazione è di buona qualità. La posizione è centrale e sicura in ogni momento della giornata, con una stazione dei taxi a pochi passi e mezzi pubblici facilmente accessibili. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche diversi ristoranti.
− Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa : la doccia potrebbe beneficiare di una migliore illuminazione e la camera si affacciava sulla strada, per cui l'insonorizzazione potrebbe essere migliorata. Tuttavia, nel complesso, ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole.
