10.0La casa era perfetta. Tutto pulito e in ordine per la mia settimana. La padrona di casa è stata presente senza essere invadente. Sempre pronta al dialogo ed alla risoluzione di eventuali imprevisti. A 500m si ha accesso alla metro. Io ero in macchina ed ho sempre trovato parcheggio nei pressi. Wifi veloce e stabile e finestre che insonorizzano perfettamente dall'esterno (è comunque una zona residenziale molto tranquilla). Il plus è il terrazzo molto carino.
− Va presa un po' di confidenza con il sistema di apertura elettronica delle porte (ma è una minuzia proprio a voler trovare un minimo difetto perchè dopo un giorno ci si fa l'abitudine!)

incredibly comfortable in every aspect
10.0We had a wonderful nine-day stay in this lovely apartment during our family vacation in Rome. The place was spotlessly clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming, greeting us with cold drinks and making sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our time in the city. The location is fantastic—close to the EUR station, which made it easy to reach many of Rome’s top tourist destinations. There’s also a convenient bus stop just a 5-minute walk away with direct access to the airport, plus plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I want to personally thank the owners for their outstanding hospitality and service. They truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!
