1.0− The property was a complete disappointment from start to finish. On the day of the arrival, the owner called to let us know he double booked the apartment and that we needed to stay at a villa right next to it which turned out to be a hostel, which he apparently also owns. After said call, he wasn't returning any texts or calls, so we had little to no information. The personnel there weren't informed about the situation, which made the arrival additionally difficult. As for a hostel, it would have been an adequate place. However, expecting the promised villa and private rooms, the shared bathrooms and the paperthin walls were not at all acceptable. We didn't receive any reimbursement nor an apology. The original house we booked looked nice on the outside. However, I wouldn't recommend choosing that place as it seems that this is not a single occurrence or taken in as a chance to improve. Horrible experience.

9.0− Dass in der Nacht jemand die Tür aufschließt, "good morning" ruft, zumindest dann aber wieder die Tür absperrt.

8.0Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps gegeben. Lage war idyllisch, mit guter Anbindung zur Stadt(Malmö).
− Die Austattung benötigt etwas verbesserungspotenzial(Toaster, Wasserkocher, mehr Besteck und Geschirr. Uns fehlten auch ein bisschen Gardienen, an der Glasschiebetür, weil es nachts doch noch recht hell war. Sowie einem Mülleimer im Bad und einen Besen.
