10.0اشكر المالك على اهتمامه بأدق التفاصيل، والإدارة على تعاونها وعلى الضيافة الجميلة، والموظفين على جهودهم وحسن تعاملهم الفيلا مجهزة بشكل رائع. تحتوي على العديد من الجلسات الداخلية والخارجية. ومجهزة لتخدم حفلة عرس او تخرج. البركة على شكل حرف L والعمق متدرج. المياه صافية جدا ودافئة . وتتميز بوجود الزحليقة. وكذلك مسبح صغير للاطفال . تحتوي الفيلا على منطقة للشواء وحفرتين للزرب. يوجد صالة جيم وألعاب ( تنس طاولة وبلياردو). ويوجد ملعب كرة قدم وكرة سلة. الحديقة جميلة جدا وفيها أشجار مثمرة متنوعة بالاضافة لأشجار ونباتات الزينة الإطلالة من السطح 360 درجة ومن الترس في الطابق الثاني تطل على الشمال والغرب ( غور الأردن وفلسطين).
