8.0At Villa Kaya, we have found two wonderful ladies, Myers and Grace, who are intermittently in charge of the apartments on site. They are very kind, helpful, and go above and beyond, doing all they can. In the quiet villa, everything is as in the photographs. It is a little paradise under pine trees, with direct access to the sea, as well as paddle boards, kayaks and bikes. Myers and Grace kindly arranged for an extra desk for us as we needed to work remotely. They kindly allowed us to stay the last day till our evening flight. Because the taxi driver broke down his car, Myers even took us to the Zadar airport. In overall, there is a very nice support service on the site. In order to improve things further, we would recommend replacing the rusty clothes racks and providing clothespins (rust stains your clothes and damages them permanently). Also, our apartment had two bathrooms with overhead showers, but no hand shower (or bidet), which women in particular may see as a problem in terms of hygiene since it is impossible to rinse hard-to-reach body parts. Many thanks to Myers and Grace for this special stay. Dalmatian Towns d.o.o should improve their style of communication (mechanical and not guest-oriented). For our stay, we paid 4 622 euros, so the quality should correspond with the price.

Fantastic stay!
9.0Host is very friendly and helpful. Garden located at sea front is fabulous. Apartment was very clean. Parking of car under the roof is also very nice. Very quiet place but close to shop, bakery and restaurants.
