1.0− L’établissement est totalement fermé , depuis un long moment déjà. Nous avons payé et n’avons pas encore de nouvelles de booking concernant le remboursement. Nous avons dû nous loger ailleurs.

1.0Arnaque, on est restées devant la porte 30 minutes, ils ne répondent pas au téléphone, il n'y a plus personne à l'établissement c'est fermé depuis plusieurs mois et je réclame mon argent booking vous êtes complice avec eux car vous vérifiez pas si l'hôtel existe vraiment je vais porter plainte contre l'établissement et vous également.
− Tout est mauvais, j'ai réclamé plusieurs fois et chaque fois vous nous dites de contacter l'établissement avec un numéro de téléphone qui ne répond pas, je veux juste récupérer mon argent , c'est dommage après plusieurs commandes sur votre site je suis vraiment déçu, je ferai plus d'erreur de réserver une chose sur votre site internet, je préfère les autres sites beaucoup plus sérieux.
