Great vacation home with a nice view

Comfortable modern apartment with well equipped kitchen, for our kid host bring his daughter's high chair. Host is very caring and friendly, we could ask all our questions in Whatsapp, which was nice. We were with a car so it was nice to have in yard parking. Perfect location to explore Pompei, Vesuvio and Naples.

Dies ist die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher in Italien hatten. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, insbesondere die Küche. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ebenfalls das Schlafsofa, welches ausgeklappt auch eine Matratze wie ein richtiges Bett hat. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Besitzer sind ganz wunderbar freundliche Menschen, die auch Tipps für die Gegend und Neapel haben und bei Fragen immer erreichbar sind. Kinder freuen sich über die Hühner und Schildkröten, welche jeweils ein Gehege im Garten haben. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof unter einem Dach im Schatten geparkt werden. Zur archäologischen Stätte Herculaneum kann man zu Fuß gehen. Zur Bahn nach Neapel sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten auch bei einem gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt und anderen Geschäften und Restaurants. Auch ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Betten waren bequem und Kissen waren auch gut. Die Sitzgelegenheit im Freien war sehr angenehm mit Blick in den Hinterhof. Für einen aktiven Urlaub um Vesuv, Pompeii und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen, ein guter Platz. Gute Restaurant in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, haben uns viele Tipps gegeben.

− Der Strand in der Nähe ist nicht schön. War sehr vermüllt. Da hatten wohl Pech, da es zuvor gestürmt hat. Wir sind zum Strand nach Torre del Greco gefahren, dort war das Meer sauber und ruhig.

It’s a beautiful, spacious apartment with a lovely terrace, tucked away in a quiet little street in the heart of Ercolano. The location is perfect if you're planning to visit Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and Pompeii. The apartment has been recently renovated with modern furnishings, yet it retains the charm and character of the historic building it’s in. It really has a unique flair. The hosts, a young family, were incredibly kind and helpful, offering us great tips for getting around and exploring the area. We booked with breakfast included, and when we arrived, the fridge and kitchen shelves were fully stocked with a variety of food, drinks, coffee, and tea. They even welcomed us with a bowl of delicious figs from their own garden! Another big plus: there’s on-site parking, which made everything even more convenient. Top choice, would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Villa Esterina was wonderful. The location is perfect, close to the train station and just a short ride from Naples and Pompeii. The villa is very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us great tips about the area. Highly recommended!”

Duży, całkowicie odnowiony apartament, świetnie wyposażony i bardzo przemyślany (sufit w kuchni robi wrażenie - ładnie oświetlony, w kształcie kopuły). Obiekt ma bogatą historię. Największym plusem są jednak Jego właściciele. Rezerwując apartament zastanawialiśmy się jak to możliwe mieć tak wysokie opinie 🙂. Teraz już wiemy ☺️. Maurizio i Jego rodzina wkładają całe serce, aby pobyt był przyjemny. Czekała na nas kuchnia z serami, szynkami, jogurtami, pyszną kawą i wieloma innymi rzeczami. Podróżowaliśmy z kilkoma bagażami - Maurizio odebrał nas ze stacji kolei, a Jego mama zawiozła nas gdy opuszczaliśmy apartament. Dowiedzieliśmy się o ciekawych wydarzeniach takich jak nocne zwiedzanie Herculanum (20 minut spacerem). Ponadto blisko jest do innych atrakcji jak Wezuwiusz, Pompeje, Neapol czy wybrzeże Amalfi. Kilka minut pieszo do bezpłatnej plaży. Dziękujemy za bardzo udany pobyt, chętnie przyjedziemy w przyszłości - jeszcze mamy co zwiedzać ☺️
