8.0The house was beautifully modern with plenty of room for multiple cars. The house was well heated and cozy throughout, even in the loft converted room.
− The back door steps were crumbling a bit as well as the wall in the stairs up to the loft room
Never again will I stay there!

− Dirty, glasses had cracks in them, bedroom drawers broken, no tv! Aerial wouldn’t connect physically to the tv, remote different make to tv, noisy neighbours, and I really cannot understand how this so called apartment passed the standard to be let out! Disgrace of a place!!

8.0We like the location of the accommodation,
− We didn't get key on time, should be between 2-3 unfortunately we got the key after 4pm, and also house wasn't ready either, cleaner was still cleaning and changing the beds. So please next time shouldn't happen like this.

6.0It was central for getting to Glasgow & Edinburgh plus the Lochs Plenty of essential large pieces of kitchen equipment Bedding was clean
− Only 4 chairs for a house sleeping up to 6 people. Short of crockery, utensils and a teapot for 5 people Bottom sheets could do with being bigger to fit the beds better Floors upon arrival were not very clean, the hoover was totally blocked but worked fine when it was cleaned out Upon arrival we had to empty & clean the dishwasher (it had bits of food & labels) in the bottom. Really could do with a coffee table in the lounge!

7.0Clean. Well appointed kitchen. Quiet and perfect location for our visit to family.
− No bedside tables in any rooms. No lamps in any rooms just the overhead light. 2 loo rolls for the whole stay. A few hooks to hang things on back of doors and the above would have made it a much more enjoyable stay.
