1.0− The accommodation itself had many problems. The toilet flush was broken and did not work, the sink tap was also not functioning, and the room did not even have a proper lock. The beds were small, and the room service was terrible. We stayed at this hotel and also booked a safari tour through the same person. The owner of this hotel is very dishonest and a scammer. He charged us $200 per person for the safari, but he did not pay the park entry fees and instead entered the park illegally without us realizing it. The next day, when we were leaving the city, the police stopped us and asked for our safari tickets, but that person did not have them. That’s when we found out what had really happened. I was very dissatisfied with his hospitality and the overall stay. Do not stay at this hotel, and if you have no choice but to stay here, never book a safari through him. You will need valid safari tickets to exit the Maasai Mara area.
The accommodation is fine - but dinner was not worth the price
4.0It is a good location, the cottage was fine, and the remaining staff was very friendly.
− We were looking forward to a unique stay with Paul, a local Maasai host, but the experience didn’t quite deliver. The biggest disappointment was dinner - for an extra $15 per person, we got a small portion of dry, overcooked goat, soft potatoes, and a few vegetables. Paul helped himself before we finished our plates, leaving too little to have a full meal for the rest of us who were paying. He spent most of the time of our dinner at our table on his phone and talked mainly about money, which made things feel a bit transactional and uncomfortable..
LULUKA ,US AND MASAIMARA
10.0The room where we stayed. The behavior of staff. Foods were delicious.and the host Mr. Paul was very welcoming as if you came to stay at your own home. I recommend every one to stay here and book Masai Mara game drive from him , he knows each and every part of the forest. We have witnessed @ll big 5 at Masai Mara under his guidance.
− Nothing as such ... everything was too good
I would suggestivo it, good place for the value
8.0Good breakfast, nice setting in the middle of tipica Masai Houses
− Very eccential
Overall amazing stay, simply go for it without any hesitations.
10.0Camp is in a perfect location right in the middle of beautiful Sekenani village yet close to the Narok highway and Sekenani entry gate to the Masai Mara National park. Paul who is the owner of the camp is a kind hearted person and entire staff treated us like family. We had certain dietary restrictions and they have provided full access to their kitchen where we could prepare our own food. Paul is an excellent guide with great expertise in game drivers and animal tracking. He know where to take while to game driver to have best animal spotting.
