The apartment was large and very well equipped, Lyn was very welcoming. There was onsite off road secure private parking at the rear of the property. It is in a central location close to pubs, restaurant and supermarkets.

Very convenient for Denbigh town centre, spacious, warm welcome, with as one provisions provided. Comfortable large bed and good kitchen facilities. A fan was provided which helped in the very warm weather.

Great base for exploring north Wales

Location was great in the centre & allocated parking. Very spacious rooms, comfy bed. Great base to explore the area. Fresh milk, water bread & butter provided very thoughtful of the owner.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Had a warm welcome from Lyn, with bread, butter, and milk waiting for us. A lot of thought gone into making you have a brilliantly easy and comfortable stay. Probably one of the best beds I've ever slept in. 😊 Fantastic location. Really didn't want to leave 😊

Do not make the mistake of booking this property

Nothing at all. When we arrived the property the door leading directly from the parking lot into the bedroom had been broken into and the caretaker did not know. There was a broken lock and an unsecured door directly on to a parking lot. Another unlocked door led to the caretaker's section of the house. This was unlocked and the caretaker walked in unannounced. We could not stay or feel safe in this property.

No communication from the owner with us or with Booking.com, and no refund. Booking.com said there was nothing they could do as the owner did not respond.

thanks for station pick up and Lynn was so friendly and accommodating ...she tried to help with wifi and get passwords but we still had no success. The bath was great and loved the sofa very comfy for relaxing

− wifi wasnt working and we couldnt access TV channels. Normaly i wouldnt mind as would be out and about but just wanted to chill and watch some TV but we could only get youtube.
