Les équipements extérieurs, piscine, jacuzzi et hammam (que nous n'avons pas testé), terrasse... Les extérieurs sont vraiment très bien. Le logement est à 10 minutes des magasins, ce qui est très correct et restaurants proches. Équipement du logement complet avec un lave linge.

− Nous avions un studio en rez-de-chaussée et l'odeur d'humidité constante du logement a vraiment été une gêne importante si on est sensible à ça. Absence de ventilation. Matelas inconfortable et oreillers plumes (pour les allergiques), difficile de passer de bonnes nuits. Et pour les personnes de grandes tailles, la hauteur sous plafond est d'environ 2m, pas forcément agréable pour les grands.

Disappointing value for the high price

Nice location, nice pool. Very helpful and nice hostess, property manager. There is potential there, but needs a lot more work.

− Value for money is an serious issue for this property. For 120€ per night, expectations are also elevated to that level. Property is renovated old country, rural farm house. With all charms of it, quite some flaws and oversights quite affect quality and value for money. Location and charming pool are not enough to justify high price against: moldy and sewage smell in apartment, that was obviously in the old days cellar and storage. Siting outside was impossible due the amount of the flies. In bathroom were daily some weird worms falling into the shower cabin. Place is furnished with very old furniture and house appliances, some of them are literally falling apart. There is issue with the power supply, in 7 days we went twice without the power, and we needed to listen explanations about oversights during the renovation. How is that matter of the guests, why should we care for poor excuses with paying so much? We also had problems with rude and too loud guests above us. We asked owner to react, and got rude answer "how is that matter of his, he can't do anything because it's an old house, and floorings/ceilings are poor, and you just go there and settle with them, ey!?!?!". Facilities like hot tub and sauna looked like out of usage for an while. Since those also need quite power supply, and it already pops out , when at the same time hot water kettle and washing machine are on, its function is questionable. TV in living room in the apartment didn't function. Sadly the problem is, when you already pay something upfront on booking, you are completely helpless with the poor quality, that facility delivers, and false promises about the quality. It's also pointless to leave early, because you just lose your money. Some people just refuse to understand, that high price of the facilities delivers promise, that should be broken.
