10.0Everything was as I'd hoped for. Great location, lots of space, lovely bedrooms. The only fault I have was it advertised an iron and board. There wasn't an iron but there were three boards!
Perfect for two nights stay after two long gruelling days at the BMW golf at Wentworth.

− Initial kerb appeal would be improved by sweeping the area by the front door and removing items of mail lying on the floor.

− The door lock would consistently jam, so it was very difficult to get in and out of the property. there was a consistent smell of food on the second floor, even though we did not cook for the four days that we stayed there. It seems as though one of the ovens had not been cleaned properly. The upstairs bathroom shower enclosure was very poor and resulted in water leaking everywhere. Also, the faucet had a consistent leak and so did the toilet. The blinds were broken in one of the bedrooms. This is a trilevel property which isn’t specified in the details. Very important for people with any disabilities to know this. There were stains on the bedding and two of the pillows. The faucets were so long which means in order to wash your face or brush your teeth you have to angle to the side.
