We love it but...

− We were got by their sales team to buy their Vacation club. Not really a fan of that kind of approach too pricy for what it is. The access to the hotel needs improvement. We arrived and the room had two cockroaches walking around, the TV system was not working when we arrived. Room service only available until 2300. And they forbid to bring your own food. No minibar available, the device was there but empty. The door to the room was gripped so you need to push it very strong (room 105). To oprn and close. Lights were flickering. Bedroom did not have curtains, just the blackouts. Ammenities at the hotel were good the beach is nice, food service at the beach awesome. No drinks served on sunday!
