3.0− We were assigned to a room in the second floor. It has broken bathroom and shower fixtures in which I was advised that they already know as it has been reported by the previous occupants. We were moved to a room on the 3rd floor. The water on the shower hardly flows, it was almost just a trickle and the hot water seems to be on & off. We had ants & mosquitoes in the room. I woke up with bites on my face and I'm allergic to mosquitoes. Staff was trying to give us a room spray and I refused to use it. I was then given an ant spray only as apparently they have ran out of insect spray and saying that Baygon smell is too strong to use in the room. I ended up chasing the mosquitoes & kill them. There was no follow up to check if we still need to have the room fumigated. We were not able to use the TV for two days due to connection issues. Staff are nice & friendly but the basic room amenities are not maintained.
