1.0− I became very ill one week before this day. I called them to ask about a credit or refund of some sort if possible, offering proof from a doctor of my diagnosis. I spoke to Bob who said he would talk to someone and call me back. No one called. And I paid 256 for a stay that I could not attend.

Clean but sad.
5.0The room was clean and there were snacks and coffee packets.
− There was a metal flashing under the bed, every time your foot hit this flashing it would sound like thunder. The sheets were polyester and we were sweating in them even though the air conditioner was blowing directly on our feet. There was no room to put anything down in the bathroom, all remodeled with low quality sinks/cabinets. There was no mirror in the room only in the bathroom; making it difficult for two people to dress and prepare at the same time. Our room looked over the parking lot with a garbage bin and a decaying fence.
