Some staff members are very pleasant, always smiling and ready to help us as Serdar and Eren. The spa service and staff are very pleasant! Breakfast is highly recommended

− 1) the smell of cigarettes in the corridors of the 4th floor, which is considered non-smoking 2) the laundry service that brought back our clothes, supposedly washed and ironed, with a strong smell of cigarettes – an express service that ultimately lasted 48 hours 3) the lack of communication and efficiency from the reception staff – we had arrived with our car, which we had left in the hotel parking lot – resulted in the police contacting us after three days to move the vehicle, even though we had reported its presence at check-in. 4) the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible, and the doors slam all night, making it impossible to rest. All these little problems combined bothered us during our week-long stay; it's not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
