− A short walk into town but quite a dangerous road without a pavement

A comfortable house with a great location.
9.0Great location for pollenca, puerto pollenca and alcudia. Plenty of space for all of the family. Comfortable beds and air con. The pool. Easy access to the markets.
− We wish there was more availability as we would have liked to stay longer! Make sure you bring mosquito bite repellant.
A very relaxing place to spend time surrounded by the wonderful Tramuntana mountains.
9.0The location was excellent close to Pollenca but very calm and secluded. The garden and pool were great for relaxing afer a day's walking in the area. Angela was very helpful when asked and provided a coffee machine before we arrived and replaced a missing hair dryer once we were in the property.
− The one drawback was that it did not feel safe walking along the road from the property to Pollenca. However there was a very good carpark just outside the town which was free to use.

− nothing not to like. only thing I would say is it needs more ventilation in the downstairs shower room
