5.0The garden is amazing and the location is also very good.
− The units are far from soundproof. We were unfortunately able to hear every step, the alarm clock, as well as some more intimate sounds. The ceiling was creaking the entire time.

8.0La terasse et les équipements extérieurs. Tranquillité.
− Très peu équipé côté cuisine (1 poêle, un chaudron' 4 couteaux, etc). Il y a bien un lave-vaisselle mais d'aucune utilité puisque si on ne veut pas en manquer, on doit laver a la main. Nous avons reçu les instructions pour l'accès que quelques minutes avant l'heure du check in alors que nous n'avions toujours pas accès à internet.

Great apartment, shame about the sound insulation
7.0The apartment is part of a complex of several different holiday lets. The gardens are lovely and the apartment well appointed. It was wonderful to sit outside and have the wonderful sea view.
− Personally I found the bed too small and quite uncomfortable, however the main drawback of this apartment is the lack of consideration of soundproofing from upstairs. Every time the upstairs apartment people were walking, it was like a herd of elephants. When they talked, we could hear every word. You could even hear their suitcase zips being open and closed when they were packing! Such a shame for a great place
Perfect stay
10.0Located in a quiet area of Sao Miguel - we couldn’t ask for a better location to be honest! It’s in a quiet town on the west side of the island just 25-30 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada and same drive to the Sete Cidades the most beautiful viewpoints ever. Check in/out went as smoothly as possible. The apartment was absolutely comfortable and quite large for 2 people. The bed was super comfortable, the whole apartment was very clean, the kitchen has a lot of amenities like kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. There is also a laundry room and a barbecue area. We had a beautiful view of the apartments gardens and ocean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a quiet stay away from the city of Ponta Delgada. Thank you for your hospitality, if i’m ever back on Sao Miguel, i will definitely stay here again
