− 1. Water pump was noisy. 2. Cleanliness of the toilet, toilet bowl not cleaned before new guess come in. 3. No aircond in the third and living room. It quite hot and stuffy especially when there is alot of family members (important point to note). 4. Insufficient towels provided to the guest. 5. No toiletries provided (shampoo and shower gel). 6. The grass surrounding the house should be trimmed.
