What a beautiful hotel!
9.0Stunning hotel! Beautifully decorated. Very welcoming staff. In-room, private onsen was great. Room was very spacious and lovely. Private dining for Japanese kaiseki meal was delightful. Beautiful view over the lake to volcanoes in the distance. Shuttle bus service to the train station was very handy.
− Next time I would pick the private dining for each night. I didn’t enjoy eating in the French restaurant as much. Dirty tables left uncleaned were rather off-putting. Would like to see more fresh fruit selection at breakfast.
