Nice and cozy with old charm.
8.0Location is great. Nice view of surrounding area. A nice garden with BBQ pit. Short walk up to Gundaling Hill top. Very spacious old bungalow but nicely maintain.
− Hand rail for the stair going up to Gundaling Hill top. Need to upgrade for safety.
Don't waste your time and money. Not recommended

− Not clean. Kitchen horrible. Floors not cleaned. Bathrooms has no wash basin. Wash basin at foyer wasn't working. No hand soap
