− Only thing was the shower, one person had the quickest body shower and the shower went cold mid through and doesn’t warm up for over an hour
Cool haven for a short bergamo stay!
8.0The suite was comfortable, nice touch of cold water in fridge, window shutters kept out the light really well! Bed very comfy! Good shower pressure! Nice offering of coffee and pastries in the”reception” area. Good air con!
− Two very small bottles of shower gel were only toiletries, no cleaning offered over two day stay or replenishment of toiletries / toilet paper so we had to buy at supermarket. church bells do start around 7am every 15 min (with a long ring at 7 - counted at least 24 times), perhaps a better cover for door to balcony in bathroom for when light is on!! (Don’t want to scare the neighbours)

9.0How easy it was to check in. Contact with host was excellent. Location was great, very clean and comfortable.
− Nothing major. Balcony was accessible through bathroom. Air-conditioning went off on its own a few times, but WhatsApp host and it came back on, not sure why
