Not pleasant - bad experience
1.0I was given the alternative property not Beautiful Galena I booked for. The alternative property was okay not bad.
− I was told on the day of the arrival that there 'is no electricity in the property " I was given an alternative and did not have a choice because I was desperate and under pressure. The alternative property was okay. There was no air-conditioned and the fan provided did not do any justice. My stay was unpleasant because I stayed on the property I did not like. I felt like they did not want me to stay at Beautiful Galena and gave me alternative.
I enjoyed the peace and quiet, as well as the convenience of having a shopping mall nearby.
10.0Everything! I arrived just as the staff had finished cleaning, so I walked in to a very mesmerising smell of the apartment.
− It was my second time staying here and I even took some time out to swim. I’ll definitely be back again when I want some time to wind down. The only downfall this time was that someone had taken my parking space and security told me to park by the visitors parking, I notified the property owner and they confirmed that I wouldn’t pay anything when I leave. On the day I left (2 January), security told me to go to reception and the receptionist said I had to pay the parking ticket. That really annoyed me because I had reserved parking with this booking!

The hotel and staff were exceptional. Truly convenient location but the room we stayed in was bad.
4.0− The room lacked multiple things. No TV in bedroom, No essentials in kitchen, Towels were horrible. Sofa is cheap quality and not comfrotable. The bed was not comfy either.
