8.0Die Wohnung liegt ideal und trotz Mehrfamilienhaus ist es sehr ruhig. Die Tiefgarage macht das Konzept perfekt und die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und obwohl das Bad kein Fenster hat, gab es kein Wärmestau in der Wohnung.
− Der fehlende Vorhang im Wohnzimmer wird im Winter den Raum etwas auskühlen.

− An der Klingelanlage ist der Türdrücker defekt Man müsste runterfahren um die Tür zu öffnen
Netter Aufenthalt in Glinde bei Hamburg
7.0Wir durften den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage nutzen. Das Eltern Bett war sehr bequem. Der Kontakt war klar und Freundlich. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war inkl. Frisch Renoviertes Bad Küche gut ausgestattet Neue Fenster ( 2025) Balkon saniert Ruhige Lage
− Die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick ansprechend und frisch Renoviert, bei genauer Betrachtung fanden sich kleinere Schönheitsfehler - Laminat nicht sauber verlegt - fehlende Gardinen bzw. Rollladen ( lediglich Plissees) - Backofen noch dreckig vom Vormieter - kein Sat TV bzw. Kabel ( Fire TV Stick. vorhanden ) - nicht klar das die Wohnung sich im 5. Stock befindet. - nicht Allergiker Freundlich ( war so auch nicht deklariert)
