The place was a great stay and well located and the host was very good at communicating

1.0Do not stay here. Unable to contact owner due to 30 degree temperatures in the apartment. Made me and my family ill being so hot. The owner has ignored 15 plus phone calls and many messages. Disgusting.
− Do not stay here. Parked where told to and received a parking ticket. Been informed that ALL vehicles parked in Victoria Quays need a permit displayed on the dashboard. We didn’t receive one from the property owner so we received a parking fine of £100 for parking where we were told to.
It’s fine, and if the heating was working would probably be ok, but honestly the photos look a lot nicer than it is and
5.0Clean, fairly central, check in was easy, shower was nice
− The heat system was broken. The radiators were permanently on which meant the apartment was at a constant 30 degrees. Wrote to the host and got no assistance. It was so uncomfortably warm that one of the group had to sleep in the living room to avoid a bed beside a radiator. We were glad to only be staying one night, couldn’t have done another.
Great apartment, great location. Would definitely stay there again but I know it’s popular.
