9.0מקום מאוד נקי, מזמין, חדש, צוות נעים שעזר והיה חברותי. בריכה קטנה עם נוף לים. אפילו נתנו מקום לחניה עם שער לקטנוע.
− הייתי נותן 10 אם לא היו כמה חוקים נוקשים, כמו העובדה שאסור לעשן בכלל בבניין (גם לא במרפסת ובמסעדה הפתוחה), או אי-גמישות מוחלטת בכל מיני נהלים קטנים. אבל מי שלא מעשן לא תהיה לו בעיה פה בכלל
