スタッフは親切である。

− 当日夕食を頼んだためか、提供が予定時間から大幅に遅れた。メニュー表通りにオーダーしたがコースに含まれるはずのデザートが提供されなかった。トイレの電気はつかず、予備のペーパーも準備されていない。お湯は出ない。他の宿泊者がリビング、ダイニングを占有していたため、騒がしかった。

Everything. We had the best time ever

− Horrible proprty and people. The onsite so-called manager was missing in action after checking-in and in spite of promises to provide transfer services to and from the Falls. The property address wasn't easily located by taxi or other transfers. The night person was also missing in action to open the gates for us to leave for our early AM sunrise cruise at the Zambezi and we were locked in by other guests at the property. They did not have airport transfer for 3 passengers with 6 bags and instead contracted airport transfers to a third party but did not pay the transfer company. I demand an immediate full refund of the booking price. Booking.com should remove its listing and not list at all.

The house needs some upgrade.

The led staff is friendly. He is very accommodating.

− Broken facilities. Air conditioning remote control is not working, need to replace battery, it seems the house was not used for long time. The shower handler is falling off. The whole house with 5 rooms did not have any trash cans.

We enjoyed our stay at The Crescent. Tafara, Brenda and Tapioa were very nice and helpful with all of our needs. The place is located in an area where a lot of development is happening. Therefore, the roads are not paved. In this time of year, there seems to be a lot of flies. Tafara got us some bug spray and we kept all the windows and doors shut after we got rid of them. The place mostly resembles an Airbnb or VRBO property since it's a house with several rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. It worked fine for our group of 6.

Great Disappointment

The place was close to town.

− The place was a little bit hard to find because there was no name outside the house. The furniture (bed side table) was old and worn out falling apart , it was just not great to have in the room.No bin in the bathroom to dispose of sanitary wear only 1 bin in the sleeping area.At night cockroaches would come out and you would find them on the bathroom floor. There were a lot of flies as well. Whilst having breakfast we had to be swatting flies off our food as we ate and the staff clearly didn't see anything wrong with that. The pillows were very hard to sleep on and plastic on one of the beds made the sheets slide of during the night .The pool was dirty. I did not enjoy my stay at all.The place lacks attention to detail to guest needs and its the simple things that make a difference.
