− Mancanza di attenzione al cliente. La completa assenza di climatizzazione in camera ha causato una temperatura di appena 8°C ed una forte umidità. Gli asciugamani avevano i buchi.. !Nonostante avessimo prenotato la cena ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza vuota che stavano allestendo.. Abbiamo interrotto il soggiorno anticipatamente. SCONSIGLIO

− El establecimiento tiene muchas falencias las paredes despintadas, la ducha mojaba todo el baño, no pudimos bajar al mirador porque las escaleras estaban demasiado viejas, no se pudo ocupar el tobogán porque no tenía agua y las camas sonaban.

− La cama muy pequeña se caen las tablas y el cuarto muy frío aparte no tienen servicio de bar solo hasta las 9 pm y no tienen cenas ya que llegue de viaje y no pude comer nada

10.0Piscina abierta 24 horas. Y cuentan con 3 piscinas, una de ellas tiene tobogan pero no es cubierta. Las habitaciones espaciosas y con agua caliente, la vista estuvo increible tambien. Volveremos sin duda
− Referente a la comida, me toco mega fritas las papas de la salchipapa en la noche, no me las pude comer, pero creo que fue un caso aislado, ya que le siguiente dia sirvieron salchipapas perfectas con papas grandes.

7.0Having thermal pools as part of the stay was great. Food was good, and staff very amenable. Location nice in the mountains.
− As usual, the infamous Ecuadorian cold shower. Please fix.
