− It is lacking in quite a lot of essential; A double room requires 2 sets of towels , not 1 The bathroom and twin room need mirrors There are no spare pillows or blankets for the beds In the double room there are no hangers on the rail so it’s unusable No waste bin in the twin bedroom Coasters needed for bedside cabinets or the wood will soon get damaged Not enough kitchen utensils - ie. Decent sized microwaveable bowls etc. There is no cafetier for coffee No wooden spoons etc

Location was excellent as we were visiting friends in the area. Appreciate the lovely conversion, however, there were a few small points that definitely would enhance the property (see below).

− There was only 1 mirror in one of the bedrooms - at least a bathroom mirror and one in the other bedroom would have been preferably; no hooks in either of bedrooms or bathroom which was inconvenient as neither bedroom had any hanging space for clothes- there was a storage unit in one room with rails but no coat hangers! Outside could have looked brighter with some planting as there was no garden view as stated as once cars parked up this was blocked. I realise the property was not listed as accessible, but I did ask if there were steps into the property as my daughter, who is a wheelchair user, was staying with us for one night. I spoke with the owner and he said there was a small step into the entrance which could be negotiated! NO - please do not advise this in the future, unless the wheelchair is a smaller manual type it is impossible to access with a heavy electric daychair and although the property is mostly accessible the bathroom was way too small for use by a disabled person.

Modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Lovely village with country aspect and views. Very quiet location. Local shop across the road. Outdoor space and seating. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom facilities.

− We had our puppy with us and would have preferred an enclosed outdoor space. There are no street lights in the village and it didn’t feel safe walking out in the dark.

Location. Lovely village, beautiful walk up to an old hill fort. Well positioned for Hereford and surrounding villages

− Place felt a bit aseptic. Could do with some art to soften the white.

Comfortable brand new house, great kitchen that had everything you would need to cook a meal, a comfortable shower and wonderfull beds.
