8.0Prachtig appartement op een mooie locatie

8.0Die Lage ist perfekt, da alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand). Für Probleme sind die Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und helfend. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es war sauber. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus wunderschön sehen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles ist sehr geräumig.
− Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Leider hatten wir auch Besuch von kleinen Krabbeltieren sowie Ameisen. Das lässt sich aber vermutlich in warmen Gefilden und im Erdgeschoss kaum vermeiden. Das Kochgeschirr könnte erneuert werden. Für uns könnte es etwas weniger "alte Deko" sein, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.

9.0Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Sicht auf die Bay. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral so das man fußläufig zum Strand und ins Zentrum gelangt.

1.0− Badezimmer total überaltert mit zwei getrennten Wasserhähnen am Waschbecken, einer alten unbequemen Dusche. Herdplatte total abgenutzt, Waschmaschine und Trockner schon in die Jahre gekommen und keinen Wäscheständer, ellenlange Verlängerungskabel mit jede Menge Vielfachsteckdosen. Einen transportablen Ventilator für alle Räume. Matratzen hart wie Beton, die Müllentsorgung ausserhalb der Wohnung quoll über und das gefiel netten großen Nagern.

8.0The location at the city centre, close to the beach and all facilities we needed.
− There is an ant plague in the apartment. Everywhere you look, there were ants that downgrade the hygiene in general. Biggest part of them are in the kitchen something must be done about it.
