9.0Had a brilliant time at bibby lot. So happy with the location and the gentleman in the shop was brilliant.
− I dont think theres anything bad to say. The property was clean, but not spotless. But it didn't bother us really. Everything else was so spot on, so cant complain!
Bibby lot stay
7.0Lovely area of the Lake district and the cottage was an excellent size for our 2 families. The pool was right next to our cottage and a welcome addition. We were allowed an early check in which we were very grateful for as we didn't want to navigate in the dark and rain!!
− When we checked in there was no heating on and no hot water available. The maintenance team came and sorted the hot water the following day. We didn't get a welcome parcel on arrival and so we didn't have any tea or coffee and as we arrived on a sunday, there were no shops open! They did bring us some the next day after i asked them.

Comfortable cottage stay with good access to the Lakes!
8.0The accommodation is well located 15minutes south of the lovely village of Hawkshead. The cottage is a good size, in particular the living room. The cottage comes with a nice outdoor space to enjoy the good weather, and access to BBQs. There is a well stocked shop onsite (although not open on a Tuesday and Wednesday). The estate allows access to a private and secluded spot on Lake Windermere, which we used extensively to enjoy picnics and swims.
− The bathroom and downstairs toilet were very dirty on our arrival. Whilst the host promptly arranged for the bathroom to be cleaned once we raised this issue, it was disappointing to experience.
